Guests watch Sofia bake ornate loaves in her wood-fired oven, then savour them warm alongside fresh halloumi and anari (ricotta) she's crafted that morning. In the summer guests can feast in their courtyard, surrounded by citrus trees, laughter and the scent of home cooked traditional Cypriot food.
