Suites/Villas

Each of the 17 stone-clad villas feels like a private hideaway, blending raw textures with clean-lined design and expansive terraces that open onto gardens or Aegean views. Many include private pools, while all feature generous indoor and outdoor spaces in soothing palettes of wood, linen and stone.

Bedrooms are calm and understated, bathrooms have walk-in rain showers and natural finishes, and thoughtful details enhance the stay, from minibars with local delicacies to shaded courtyards for quiet reflection. With no televisions and discreet service, the emphasis is on slow rhythm privacy and the feeling of retreat.

Food and Restaurants

Dining at The Rooster is intimate and rooted in a farm to table philosophy, with much of the produce drawn from the property's own gardens and neighbouring farms. The single restaurant moves with the day, from nourishing breakfast of fruit, yoghurt and local honey to relaxed lunches of fresh salads and seafood, and candle lit dinners under the stars. Plant-based options feature prominently, crafted with the same care as the signature seafood plates. For those seeking more privacy, meals can be served in-villa, or as thoughtfully prepared picnics, to be enjoyed barefoot on Livadia's wild dunes.
